A New Single Serving Podcast Community for 2021!
My lovelies, for almost two years, this podcast has been my joy to create. Changing the narrative around being single is the best and most important work I’ve ever done, and I am SO excited to continue. At the same time, it is WORK, lots of it, and moving forward, I am building a community that is more aligned with my goals for my work, and for the longevity of A Single Serving Podcast. I am taking steps to make sure I can give this work LOTS more of my time, energy, and creativity.
Beginning January 1st 2021, the following changes are happening to the A Single Serving Podcast community:
A Single Serving Podcast will publish on Apple Podcasts, Stitcher, Spotify, etc for free 1x per month.
All other weekly podcast episodes will still be published, but they will only be available via Patreon, at the $5 per month tier. They will always remain ad-free.
The original Facebook group for this podcast will be shut down on January 1st, 2021. A NEW Facebook group for Patreon Patrons is taking its place, and Patrons at the $5 tier & up will be given access to it. If you are already a Patron at the $5 tier and up, you don’t need to make any changes! You should have already received an email with a link to the new Facebook group, and if not feel free to send me a message via Patreon. This new, Patrons-only group will still have all the community and support you’ve found in the original group, just in a new spot!
Joining this new community is VERY EASY: You can get full access to all podcast episodes and the new Facebook group by becoming a Patron at the $5 tier here.
Once you become a Patreon Patron at the $5 tier or higher, you will have access to over a YEAR of solo bonus episodes that I have been publishing for the Patreon audience.
A few things:
I set the new Facebook group and podcast episode access at $5 per month because I wanted this new community to be an affordable investment in the way we feel about our own singleness each month.
I believe all women (especially single ones!) should be fairly compensated for their work, and I include myself in that belief.
These changes will ensure that I’m able to devote much more of my time to creating content for you and to changing the negative narratives around being single. There are SO many things I want to do and create, but I am currently maxed out at what I’m able to manage without a paid community structure in place.
